  • Maintenance services supervision -- timely completion of repairs, maintenance and yard care, inspection of work and approval of invoices
  • Monthly invoice billing -- submission of original invoices and copies of checks for reimbursement, invoicing per client instruction
  • Efficient completion of paperwork and reports
  • Aggressive marketing plan -- placement of property on MLS, marketing flyers, comprehensive internet listings including Realtor.com and our web site, and signage and brochure box in front yard.
  • Contract & closing negotiate all offers with client, submit accepted contract with all required addendums, coordination with closing agency for timely HUD-1 approval, final closing
